Munich, September 2025. Loyalty specialists Loyalty Partner Solutions (LPS), part of the PAYBACK GROUP, and technology provider Convercus are entering into a strategic partnership. Together, they offer companies LPS RAISE, a powerful SaaS loyalty and couponing platform that opens up completely new opportunities for individual customer loyalty.

Strategic partnership for data-driven loyalty solutions

The partnership combines the strengths of both companies: LPS brings more than 15 years of experience in loyalty management in the travel & transportation, retail, and hospitality sectors, while Convercus contributes its market-leading technology platform and many years of expertise in the rapid, scalable implementation of couponing and loyalty solutions.

LPS RAISE: Scalable SaaS platform with PAYBACK integration

The LPS RAISE platform enables companies to implement cross-channel, personalized customer interactions based on data—in real time and without IT support. An optional PAYBACK connector also enables rapid integration into the PAYBACK ecosystem in Germany, Austria, Italy, and Poland. The offering is complemented by consulting and managed services from LPS, as well as the joint development of AI features designed to increase customer value in the long term.
